UAE Proptech Platform PRYPCO Expands Real Estate Tokenization to Georgia
PRYPCO, the UAE's pioneering real estate tokenization platform, is extending its blockchain-based property investment model to Georgia through a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Justice. The collaboration, formalized during high-level meetings with Georgian officials including Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, aims to modernize the country's real estate sector using distributed ledger technology.
The Dubai-based platform has already demonstrated the viability of fractional property ownership through its initial tokenized certificate offering, which attracted 224 global investors with an average stake of $2,900. PRYPCO's success in the UAE market, where it operates under regulatory oversight from VARA and the Dubai Land Department, provides a proven template for the Georgian initiative.
This expansion reflects growing institutional recognition of tokenization's potential to enhance liquidity in traditionally illiquid asset classes. Georgia's proactive stance positions it as an emerging hub for blockchain-powered property infrastructure, potentially creating new pathways for cryptocurrency adoption in regulated real estate investments.
